Ira Kharlamova

Without a formal education in the arts, Kharlamova has nevertheless taken part in a range of workshops and courses in the field of theatre and performance in 2017: “Closing In / Approaching” organised by Theaterlabor Bielefeld in Dnipro, courses organised by London Physical Theatre School in Dnipro, and Gogolfest festival in Kyiv, amongst other events.

Her performative practice concentrates on the contemporary conflicts related to migration and the rise of aggressive and violent attitudes in the society with a focus on the psychological state of the involved individuals.
